ROTABILITY OF DOUBLE SQUARES AND CUBES

Abstract

Double squares and cubes have been used in fertilizer research in México, for more than 30 years without any investigation on its statistical properties in exhaustive form, except for the determination of orthogonal schemes. Thus, families of double squares and cubes were examined in this paper, in order to get those elements with the rotability property. Two rotatable double cubes were found and from these designs, those of almost uniform precision were derived adding several replications of the central point.
