Starting May 15, 2026, the Journal of the Postgraduate College: Agrociencia, will require a fee of $14,000.00 (Fourteen thousand pesos 00/100 MN) for each article accepted for publication. This fee covers editing, layout, XML tagging, and DOI. The corresponding payment in US dollars (USD) will depend on the exchange rate on the day the payment is made.

AGROCIENCIA is a scientific publication founded in 1966 with the support of the Colegio de Postgraduados, Institución de Enseñanza, Investigación y Servicio en Ciencias Agrícolas. It was an annual publication until 1971; and from 1972 to 1989 it appeared quarterly. In 1990 a Collegiate Body of Editors and Referees was constituted, the periodicity and presentation were modified, and the national and international scientific community was invited to publish in it. From 1990 to 1995 it was divided into seven Series; between 1996 and 1999 it became editorially independent and the Series were combined to form a single quarterly issue starting with Volume 30, Issue 1 (1996). Since 2000 it has been published in bilingual format (Spanish-English) and until 2006 it appeared bimonthly. Since 2007 it has been a semimonthly publication (eight issues per year). In 2020 its format is only digital. In 2023 it will be published only in English.
